Refund and Return Policy
At Bio Frame, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bioframe.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@bioframe.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
